WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Annies left my surprise birthday flowers on a table in the lobby of my 20 level high-rise building in the city, didn't call me because her phone was in the car, and didn't notify the florist because they were shut at 3pm in the afternoon.I was not notified until the next day via voicemail that the flowers were left in the open lobby!!!!!!!. What a joke..Of course they were gone. Terrible to deal with, very aggressive and defensive from the first voicemail, and during conversations, which they hung up on me twice. TERRIBLE SERVICE and very un-apologetic to the circumstance. Don't have the first clue about customer service and how to handle a complaint, let alone THEIR mistake, which they were not at all willing to rectify.Told my family that the birthday flowers were left in the lobby and to contact me themselves to tell me to look for them. Do not use them!! A disappointment to say the least. Do not deal with them, take your business elsewhere.
